Friendly staff provided great local attraction recommendations.

The shower door in our suite didn't close properly, which was disappointing. Additionally, while the garden offered a nice view, it felt a bit neglected and could use some tidying up. Lastly, the off-site car park was inconveniently far from the hotel, making it a hassle to access our vehicle during our stay.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Family Room, and every aspect exceeded my expectations, especially the attentive staff who created a cozy atmosphere. However, the walk to the hotel could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Overall, a fantastic experience for families.

The hot air balloon experience arranged by the hotel was absolutely unforgettable and added a magical touch to our stay.

The shower door in our suite sometimes did not shut properly, which was a minor inconvenience during our time there.

Absolutely loved our time in the suite! Air conditioning was perfect, and the inner courtyard view was so relaxing. The bed was super comfy with non-feather pillows, and free toiletries were a nice touch. Waking up to breakfast with lots of options was a real treat too!

Couple seeking adventure

Our stay was amazing, especially the staff who helped us with everything we needed! I can't forget how they found our lost documents from the flight, it felt like they moved heaven and earth for us!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but trust me it was worth every penny.
